Jerletha is the host of her highly acclaimed Radio/Visual Podcast Show, The Jerletha McDonald Show: Everything Childcare, where she discusses everything childcare, and provides a platform for early childhood professionals to shine! Jerletha has 15 years of experience in the field of early care childhood education. Jerletha has a special interest in economic security and leadership development of women and girls. In April of 2016, Jerletha was recognized by the Grand Prairie NAACP as one of the Most Influential Women in Business and has received numerous awards and recognition for business and childcare excellence. |

Creas Hatchett, of Arlington Tx, is the Executive Assistant for both ADFW Child Care Professionals and the Executive Assistant for 88 Lines. She is the Founder and CEO of CC’s Piece of Care Runners. She is a Certified Nurse Assistant for Medicall Home Health. Creas is also the Executive Producer of the Jerletha McDonald Show.
Creas graduated from Bowie High School in 2000. In addition, Creas received her degree from Cedar Valley College in business management in 2003. There she was recognized on the dean list during the multiple semesters. Creas received a prestige award from Cedar Valley College of business. She volunteers at several nonprofit organizations: Hope 4 kids community service, NAACP, AISD back to school, and Mission of Arlington. |
